Ok, I need some help on choosing a proper MRP. I believe I weight around 160-165. I eat three meals a day, so I'm planning on taking two shakes a day, in between each meal, for a total of five meals. And due to school, I'm looking for a good MRP that will help me continue adding quality mass, getting proper nutrition from it when I don't have time to plan ahead, and receiving energy. Which of the following do you think is the most adequate for me andoverall thee best?!?

Seems like you want to add mass. Cytogainer works best for that, it has quality calories from protein and complex carbs. But out of those three I would get the third one ON's Whey. Also I don't know why you get the packet protein they are more expensive than the jugs and the same thing. For example on *** has a 10 lb bag of ON's whey and twice the servings for a similar price than your site (45 servings for your packets and 80 (2 scoops) for 10 lb bag).

I have a whey protein, the thing is that I'm looking for a good MRP. I want to add 2 more meals to my meal plan because of school.

Dude, those MRP (Meal Replacement PROTEINS) you want and Whey shakes are basically the same thing. Only difference is that they have some extra vitamins in them. You can just take a multi with your whey shake- no difference! But if I were you I would take a shake with more Complex Carbs in them and a good amount of whey in it also toss in a tablespoon of flax seed oil in it. Don't worry about the multivitamin, take it with your real meals. Like I said Cytogainer (I guess I am a pusher now, huh).

There not basically the same. A whey protein doesn't have a suffieceint amount of carbs in it. A MRP has a significant amount of carbs in it and vitamins and minerals because your supplementing a meal for it.

Those MRP's you posted only have 20g of carbs which aint much at all. Cytogainer has 80g per serving of complex carbs. Don't waste your money on those packets.

at first glance id go with ON's product. ive seen gains on their gold standard protein and i feel they are a trustworthy brand. thats my opinion. besides the others are way overpriced if you are on a budget..

We both love met rx. A plus for MRPs is that they have a protein blend, not just whey, so you get a more sustained source of amino acids than whey alone can give. And, they fill you up like straight whey cant.

Will the MRP still help me add lean mass as I do from food?!?

Yes. MRP's are a good way to get a lot of protein, and full, from a low fat source.
