Flax seed oil is not better for heart health than fish oil. Futhermore flax seed oil or for that matter fish oil will not *clean* out the arteries. We don't know how much Flax seed oil one would have to take to help in lowering tryglycerides, with fish oil, 1grams seems to provide results for many who take it. Also flax seed oil is very fragil, meaning it starts to lose its potency the moment its processed from seeds. And it will lose potency even in the refrigerator, it will however keep up to 1 year in the freezer. When flax seed oil goes bad it has a paint thinner kind of smell to it. Both ozygen and light and heat will destroy it, one should never heat it up or cook with it.
Fish oil DHA, and EPA are omega three fatty acids and the body can't make them they need to be taking in by eating. Flax seed oil has ALA, alpha lenolenic acid, which is a omega three fatty acid. One wants to take it both omega 3 and omega 6's since only by eating them will the body have them.Plus with flax seed oil the body will convert that to some omega three but how much is not clearly know but the body doesn't do this easily or produce much of omega three, thats a good reason to go with the fish oil.
Take 1 gram of fish oil or untill you see the skin becoming velvety and you can see a layer of shinnyness to your face.
