Hey folks...

So i'm cutting and have been for a bit, doing an ECY stack to start and then a SAN Tight/Ephedrine stack.

When I told a guy at the supplement store how much I do (2 tight + 24mg Ephedrine mornings, 1 tight + 24mg ephedrine at noonish) and that I don't get a buzz or all jittery...though I do feel some energy in the gym (at about 4pm) he said that my adrenals are probably fried and that I should be humming off all that.

Now, I have my doubts, but was wondering what y'all thought. Also, if my adrenals are a bit overworked right now, how might I recharge them? How much time off stims should I take? I should finish this cycle early nest week...

Thanks all

Hmm, well, for one, ephedrine stimulates the beta adrenergic receptors which in turn will increase activation of the sympathetic nervous system, resulting in an increase in catecholamines, thyroid production etc. However, with continual exposure, these receptors will down regulade, thus minimizing the stimulating effect experienced from increases in sympathetic activity.

However, some studies have shown that even though the stimulating effect minimizes, the fat burning effects are still occuring. I would say keep going with it.
