I like many other people tend to take protein shakes with milk. Thanks to an earlier post i found on here, dated a little while back. I read that due to the
casein absortion its better to take with water.
As i have been in bulking stage while taking it with milk and have gotten to the weight i am happy with maintaining ( as i needed the extra calories to put the weight on). Have i hindered some of my progress in any way by taking the protein with milk?
Ive made a good deal of progress so far plus put on some needed weight. Im thinking about taking all my protein shakes from now on in with water and continue to bulk slowly for another 7 months before i do a 3 month cut.
As the milk has 150 calories in it and i take my daily 3-4 shakes, cutting out the milk and just using water. Will i find it hard to maintain my current weight and actually find myself losing weight during my bulk?
Was : 185lb
Now: 200lb
Aiming for after bulk: 220-225lb
Aiming for After cut: 205 lb ripped
