depends on whatu want. If u want soly protein then yes if not then no. it all comes down to the users preferance. Sorry i couldnt offer more advice to tell u but its your decision. I wouldnt personally i stick with On nutritions 100% whey.

Another thing that isolate has is a higher cabr count so if you're looking for extra calories it could be benefical, but like Hdogg said - not worth the extra really.

hey Rock .. are u sure about that .. the meaning of isolate that it has almost protain peptides with small of amount of fat and carbs .. correct me if i'm wrong

q80 you may be right with some brands! I just know the one from GNC I got had a high carb count 30-something grams per serving and my regular whey has next to none so I assumed they were all basically the same! I'm sure Hdogg can clarify for us! :)

i'm using whey isolate from ON .. and it has 1 gram per fat and 3 grams of carbs

The "Isolate" protein is great before going to bed because its effects last about 8 hours... That's why it is a little more expensive.

u gotta kiddin me bro .. the isolate one will digest fast and make u muscle starving for 8 hours .. the best thing before bed is consuming a slow digestion protain like casin protain

from wut i no is that whey concentrate has lactose which is a sugar milk and some people r alirgic 2 lactose and the whey isolate is a better choice 4 them cuz its pure whey and also whey isolate is also better 4 cuting.......corrct me if am wrong...

True, I was wrong. Isolate is more fast. Casein protein is the best before bed
