I just bought this product called Wired by Rockhard formulations. It contains 10mg of ephedra and 100mg of caffiene per serving spread among 3 servings a day. Here are the other ingredients:
Citrus Aurantium 43mg
Salicin 7mg
Ginger root 25mg
Vitamin B5 22mg
Proprietary ZENO blend
(Acetyl L-carnitine, citrimax, L-tyrosine, Magnesium Phosphate 112mg

Is this a good fat burner or what? The sole reason I bought it because of the ephedra. I thought ephedra was the king of legal fat burners. Should I add aspirin and if so how much

No i wouldnt. I dont really think u need the product anyway. Get u a strong cup of coffie and some water do cardio before brakfast and then eat 6 small clean meals throughout the day and your all good bro. Nutrition before supps.

But to anwser your question no i would not. What is their should be enough. also 3 times a day seems like a lot to me, but i dont use fat burners. So i wouldnt really know about frequency with them.
