You might try yogurt, or a probiotic. I know a lot of people see benefits from papaya and pineapple enzymes. These contain bromelian (I believe thats the name, dont have time to look it up) but it breaks down protein (this is why it says on jello packages not to add fresh pineapple---it breaks down the gelatin). Good Luck.

The problem is always trying to decide is it protein or carb related.
I go with all of the above suggestions and is likely a lack of of stomach bacteria which the yogurt and proboitics can sort.

Try Acidophilus (Lactobacillus acidophilus)
I'm using a stabilised form with a concentration of 3 Billion from NOWfoods.

That happens sometimes. If you use too much protein, and your body will eventually run out of digestive enzymes. Causing food to be left undigested, and left stuck in the colon. Leading to malabsorbtion and then malnutrition which will lead to alot of other problem. And it cause a build of toxin in the body. What you can do is eat food like banana that have digestive enzymes or take digestive enzymes supplements. To clean the colon, take fiber. If you have a major problem, use dual action cleanser, it clean you colon out.

as well as papya enzymes, try lecithen, it emulsifies any fats in diet and helps clean out your digestive system. i dont think its results are much, but it still helps.
