Do this im trying to diet correctly (eat 7 times a day)
on a set schedule and every night I feel sick to my tummy (I said tummy haha)
like today im at
1500 Calories
223 fat
87 protein
211 Carbs

I’m only half way done but damn!!!!
I’m trying my hardest to get to about 225LBS
Well anyhow I envy all of you that eat 5000 calories a day
I will stick to my 3000
Maybe one day I can get to 4000

my measurements:
chest: 42.5
arms: 14.75
forearms: 12.75
Legs: 21.75
neck; 16.25
calves: 15

It is hard to eat so often. Are you subsituting one or two of these meals with a shake? You might find it easier to keep up your calorie/protein/etc intake using shakes.
That seems like a lot of fat you're taking in.I'd try and cut that down. better to get the calories from carbs than fat if you're going to. Plus it might be an idea to increase your protein intake a little too, but again that will be easier with supplementing with shakes!

im am using shakes, i havent today, (i started on monday)but yea my fat intake is kinda high.

I agree with Rocky .. sometimes i subtitute between shakes and meals .. i know solid foods come first .. but sometimes i'm getting sick for eating it
