wat is a good energy drink?

hi guys looking for something to get me thru intense workouts. wat do u guys use to give you a pump in the gym? on occasion in the gym a become tired rather quickly sum guys in ma gym say creatine is good to keep ur energy levels up but ave tried it and didnt enjoy it or see results maybe a was using a poor product (maximuscle creatamax8000GL) maybe the price put a bad taste in ma mouth lol ave herd of met rx new product amped ave herd thts good but then again its expensive and that mite jst turn out to be anotha cell tech totally over priced n rubbish. any suggestions would be much appreciated cheers

Creatine doesn't increase your energy levels as such, it reduces the onset of ATP thus allowing you to train harder for longer.

The best bet is to make sure you had a meal high in carbs an hour or so before training and then drink a simple-carb drink just before training.

I'm not sure if your gym sells this, but mine does and GNC does carry it.
It's an energy drink called "REDLINE"
You're not suppose to exceed two in 24 hours, and it's considered a fat burner as well.

I think it works extremely well.

Just a 32 oz Gatorade or Powerade seems to work well for me. Oh and Twinlabs Ultra Fuel is pretty good too!

I useually have a bowl of cereal in the morning, 15 later I have a cell tech creatine drink then head to the gym... I always get pump!
