Nitric oxide stack w/prohormones

I have 2 jugs of Superpump 250, would it be better to take this while on my cycle of Ergomax LMG and Prostanozol or my off cycle that includes ephedra or, should I just hold off on the superpump all together?

Don't take it with ephedra because it works against each other. You can use it on or off cycle just not in combination with ephedra.

ok cool, so stacking it with the prohormones is good to go? Also, how much additional creatine should I take with the superpump 250, 5g-10g?
