I'd concentrate on eating your solid foods. You don't say how old you are but if you've only been training 6 months and had a month and half break - that should be enough for now.
If you're gonna supplement then take a multi-vit, EFA's, maybe do a cycle of creatine. After a while will probably be an idea to throw in a protein shake, which in honesty you could probably do now as a PWO shake!
