i've only trained for about 6 months and then i stopped for about 1 month and half...and i just started again from couple of days...can i take supplements ? or i shud wait more 2 or 3 month and then start taking supplements ?

I'd concentrate on eating your solid foods. You don't say how old you are but if you've only been training 6 months and had a month and half break - that should be enough for now.
If you're gonna supplement then take a multi-vit, EFA's, maybe do a cycle of creatine. After a while will probably be an idea to throw in a protein shake, which in honesty you could probably do now as a PWO shake!

agree with Rocky .. PWO is an improtant thing that u should have it after ur workout

well...iam 19 yrs old :) and i have creatine and L-Glutamine...thts what iam asking about 2 have after a month and half break !!!!!

agree with rocky... first get youre training and diet right. after that you can think about taking supps.
