take 10-15 grams of L-Glutamine 2-3 times a day - preferably in the morning, post-workout and before bed. With creatine mono it depends on whether you want to do a loading/maintenance phase or not - usually there are instructions on how much to take for this but depending on your weight anywhere between 5-10 grams per day for maintenance taking it pre and post workout. I wouldn't say either is better as both are probably just as good as eachother but in different ways...
