I know that all da vitamens are important and have benefets but my question what are the vitamens that no BB can't live without??? and why??

whats the benefets of vitamen C for BODYBUILDERS ??
AND DA SAME 4 " ZINC , B12 ,B6 , GARLEC OIL , A " ?

* What r da vitamens that i should take it b4 workout and the vitamens that r important after workout 4 recovery and muscle fibers????

Viatamin C is important for your recovery system. When you do an intense session it takes a lot out of your body and really gives your immune system a beating, and Vitamin C helps towards this (hence you take it when you're ill to boost the immune system!)
To be honest - your best bet is to take a good multi-vit in the morning (take one that has iron). Also, Green tea is good for the body for a variety of reasons! There are threads on here covering this so do a search!

I just eat a lot of broccoli, take fish oil and make sure I get lots of lean white meats.
