I have looked around a bit on this site but have yet to find my answer. If I am reposting something you guys have covered, just redirect me and berate me a bit.
Anyway, I work out at night as my job does not really allow it during the day. My diet is pretty clean, yet I eat like a horse as my wife is constantly cooking. At around 7:30pm, I takeNO Xplode. I have had decent results with this product. The only tough thing is not taking it within an hour of eating.
Depending on when we can get the kids in bed, around 8pm we are out in the gym. We'll go for about an hour. When I come back in, I am taking GNC Whey Iso Burst and, recently, I started taking their Creatine Burst.
Here is the issue, since beginning the creatine, I can't sleep. I don't know whether is is the sugar in it or what. Stimulants before bed never bothered me before, but I'm up till like 2am or later. Any suggestions about what I can do to get rid of the jitters? I don't want to stop the creatine...I shouldn't have to. Do I need to eat a bunch of complex carbs or something to slow my system down? |
