I HAVE A QUESTION , how many grams of protien at least i should eat ?
another question ... protiens better b4 workouts or after or both?

u should eat protain during the day .. not just only before and after workout .. also u must eat a gram of protain per pound of leam mass .. for example if ur 200 pounds BBer u should eat 200 grams of protain .. before workout ( 2 hour or 3 ) have a large meal consist of protain and complex carbs .. and right after ur workout drink a whey protain with simple carbs like dextorse and maltodextrain

after workout i drink egg shake with milk it consists of four eggs is that good or shall i increase

1.8gr per kg bodyweight...
eat 20% protein, 55%carbs and 25% fat

like Q80 said you have to eat them along the day. split you meals into 6 meals a day.
if you mean apotein shake than it is better to take it after the training.

its not only about what you drink or eat after youre workout....
try to eat clean all day and you will grow.
