i've always used diet&cardio as may main way of burning fat..never big on fat burners or like winstrol..not that u can can really compare the two, but u know what i mean. I always kept the getting lean process natural, i felt more in control in a way. I was always afraid of losing to much cause of those things. But i've recently tried some differnet thermos, and kind of liked it. Any recommendations or advice on thermogenics? |
