Almost $40.00 wow!Just buy some regular arginine much cheaper same results! The only arginine supplement I ever took that actually worked was Beverly International's Muscle Synergy!Double or triple the dosage and you should see some fantastic results within a month!

plz read this great article by preist943...
Arginine and its uses

Flex is right, that it would not give u the same or mere same results. Arginine supplementation will result in greater blood flow to the muscle. If you want the biochemistry of this process, let me know and i can get into chemical details that i have learnt in university.

We had a discussion about this in the VIP section. Although I am a disbeliever in NO products, some people such as CWUTrainer are not.

A-AKG works in a way of "dialating, or relaxing" your blood vessels allowing more blood to flow to the area being worked. The A-AKG, an non-essential amino acid in high doses has an amazing ability to allow your body to pump up beyond natural abilities. These pumps allow you to push harder in the gym, lift more and lift longer. All of these allow you to hit a muscle group harder than normal and really trigger new growth where you may have platuead....

eason Two, A-AKG is a great antioxidiant as well. It removes excess ammonia from muscle groups and blood streams. Ammonia can play a role in causing catabolism as well as causing a sense of muscle fatigue...

Reason three....Because of the pumps...the **** makes you look huge! I can't tell you how much of a motivational role these products play in my training. I cycle both of them fro 12 weeks on 8 weeks off. I make huge gains each time I go on and off.

ok so its basically just as i stated
....no real muscle development....

NO is just a boost to a few things goin on in your body to make u look temporarily huge...but some ppl find it useful to their tastes & so good for them :)

it's definitely average but it's not bad. I like stuff from Rockhard better though.
