Hey just wondering what brand amino acids you guys would reccomend. I've seen prolab's and they're gelcaps, but dunno if that's a good one to take. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If you decide to use this, I would suggest buying grape.

I havn't heard too many good things about their fruit punch.

Flex do u think buying BCAA's from a company like Ultimate Nutrition(http://www.supplementscanada.com/pop...roduct320.html) or Dymatize(http://www.supplementscanada.com/pop...roduct451.html) is good?

oh yea...another thing that i dont think is mentioned on this board...dont u think all these flavours like fruit punch, grape, orange has to do with adding sugar which we know is bad? i mean otherwise how do they come up with these flavours. if ur cutting and using these products then its not a good idea!

Well, most products use artificial flavoring such as acesulfame-K and Sucralose which have 0 calories since the body does not metabolize it and it is excreted in the urine without being changed.
