I've spent a lil more than a week overseas and haven't been taking NO2 but have been getting great pumps by eating stuff such as Red Bean pastries, chicken chow mein and beef vegetable rice an hour before workouts. Supps are great but it's not everything. G0d made > man made =op

Its the high salt content=higher water retention=bigger pumps.
