ill be doing cardio 2x a day, right now i am only doing it once cause the holiday bs, but after this weekend i am gonna start 2x a day, i plan to do cardio from 0545-0700, and 1100-1230, then hit the gym after work for a couple hours. i am not sure about my calories right now as i havnt been using my journal, but i also havnt been eating that much but maybe 1x a day to counteract my lack of cardio lol, i know its just slowing my metabolism down. Ive got a lot of bs in my life right now, the stress from being a marine, and the fact that my wife left me with the 2 dogs, and some financial problems, so i havnt been able to get serious, but hey its almost a new year, im getting rid of the dogs, got my financial problems taken care of and came to the mindset of screw my wife.
on another note, ill be taking off to go home for the new years and visit family so i probably wont be able to reply till sunday, but please keep posting, as i will answer everything when i get back. |
