Perhaps try a whey isolate as they normally have more carbs in than standard whey powders which will help to gain mass!
Plus a cycle of creatine may help you push through a slow spot!

what q80 said....bluewaves dont take this the wrong way. but it seems like every week you have a post about some supplement or what works best for this or for that. do what q80 said...eating right plays a much bigger role in gaining mass than any supplement you take. when I was younger I relied on supplements. then I fixed up my diet and im tellin you it works much better than taking this supplement or that supplement. im just tryin to help you out man, please dont get offended or anything:)

no, at the earliest test could be taken at the age of 21. please wait till you are old enough. there are so many side effects that have a very good chance of happening at such a young age. i know it can be very hard when you have people that do not support you. keep training hard, i still say take basic supplements, and try your best to work on your diet. do your parents not want to spend the money on that amount of food? or do they just not believe in it? either way, talk with them...if that doesnt help then I would say try to get a job and you may have to buy the food on your own. this could also show how much you really do want to take it serious....

BUT seriously if supplements are what you need (they are most helpful if your diet is lacking) get a good protien powder (never SOY) and some BCAA's and Creatine. The list can be endless but alot depends on the depth of your pocket ($$$). Good Luck mate.

After you got your diet down first I'd go with a weight gainer meal replacement from Beverly International called Ultra-Size its expensive but best on the market as far as quality ingredients in this formula.Musclemagnepa.com sells it the cheapest.Good Luck Bro!

food

already been said but i had to say it. my old crappy training partner NEVER grew or gained any weight whilst complining another guy said to him" YOU WORK IN A FOOD SHOP!" (his parents run a chinese resturant).
use supplements just for that purpose, to help supplement you.
what do ur parents buy for food?
surely they must by at least some chicken? milk? tuna in a can?peanut butter? etc even the most basics just keep plugging away on them mate

well CellMass already has glutamine in it, so i wouldnt worry about taking pure glutamine on top of that. wait till you just take pure creatine mono and then you can take pure glutamine also. BCAA's just look at the label...
