mmmm .. it's true that proper diet with hardwork training leads u to achive ur goal .. but sometimes supplement may play a major rule in ur BBing life .. like for instance i don't like fish . so i will miss the EFA's that found in fish how ever i will stick to fish oil supplements

This entire link is a scam. All he's doing is trying to sell his stupid book which is probably filled with information based on trial and error without any supportive evidence. Thanks for the laugh though Fahad, this guy truly is pathetic.

haha yea i agree with u there Flex...full of BS. if u think realistically, if u were to try all that stuff out, u would be dead out of bodybuilding if not dead completely to release an article or a book. another thing...everyones body responds differently to cetain conditions and treatments. if everyone responded the same way then we wouldnt have what we have today..and everyone would have it all!

I could understand not needing supplements if one were eating a completely balanced diet, but for people like myself, that are extremely picky and don't like a lot of foods, supplementation is the only way to get certain nutrients.
I absolutely can't stand 80 to 90 percent of all vegetables, so I have to take vitamins to compensate. Supplementation is the same thing.

He's not natural. Not only is he taking AAS, but probably also supplements a long with his diet. Then by pretending you can achieve his physique without any use of these two staples in a bodybuilding diet, people will be all over his book which is filled with bull****.
