I'm sure this may have been covered before but I couldn't find it. I am so sick of friggin chicken that I find myself dreading meals but not wanting to be lazy and have shakes constantly. Does anyone have good chicken breast recipes that help get it down? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Good ol chciken. i usualluy put pepper(fat burner. it has to be bc jay cutler told me so in one of his videos.lol) cayanne, and some onion powder. Dipit n some good ol masterpiece. It just dont get no better than that.

Also to make your chicken crispy on the out side and juicy on the inside heres a tip. Try Browning the chciken on high heat then once its browned turn the heat to medium and cover it. flip chciken every 3 min or so until done. Your result should be crispy outside with really moist juicy chicken inside. Delicious. kinda gets dry when u reheat it tho, so its best to eat what u cook when u cook it.
