Kaizen Creatine Transport is an excellent product that I've been getting great results with!Another one that Milos Sarcev recommends highly is Nutrex's Vitargo.Which Milos says on his webstie is a very good post workout supplement!

When you start using creatine, what can you expect in terms of strength and size gains? I know it is diffrent for everyone because of your naturul creatine levels, but any indication?
And is it totally random wheter or not you have low levels of natural creatine levels, or do ectomorphs for example have usually a high or low level?
Thx in advance!

Okay Ya'll....I am a grad student in Washington for sports nutrition (Adds a little credability) and here are the facts about creatine. Creatine is a great product as we all know and is probably the second most benifical in the terms of strength next to whey protien. Yet here are the hardcore facts. Creatine is a naturally synthesized material found in all read meats and fish. When creatine is taken into your body, it is stored along with your natural levels of creatine, which is loosely based on genetics but more so on your diet (IE Redmeat and fish intake) The Creatine is stored and is used as a precurser in either the Krebs Cycle or Glycolosys to produce ATP, or androstientriphosphate, which is what muscles use for initial energy. Creatine will basically give you a little more energy and strength.

The problem with creatine is how it is taken. With the creatine you listed, it is a pure powder...now imagine this...Your body can only take in a certian amount of a certian substance so quickly. This powder will have a digestion half life that will be much shorter then the time needed to absorbe all that you need., This why you must load. In laymens terms...Imagine I have a 1000 marbles for you to catch....if i take this bucket of marbles and huck them at you, how many are you going to catch? 3...4 maybe 10? Now if i give them to you one by one..,..well you will catch all of them. Well the bucket is what you would be taking. This is why i feel creatine in pills or a creatine with a nutritional delivery sytem is much better. These allow your body to take in the creatine one by one.

Try a pill creatine product, they are more expensive but much more benficial. Another option is a creatine delivery matrix like CellTech (Overpriced but a great product), Cell-Mass (BSN....MY PERSONAL FAVORITE)
Anyway man...all thisw information is my opinion based on my education and what i have learned....Good Luck

PS....With strenght and mass gains....you will gain little mass from a creatine product...however will have noticable strength gains in about 10 -15%....
