Ingredients Needed For Homemade Creatine Delivery System

Dextrose - 10lbs ($2 per 2lb bag X 5 bags)
Coolaid flavor paks - ($2 for 8 paks)

It's actually missing a few ingredients such as chromium, vitamin C, magnesium, potassium, and sodium (Yes, sodium is good post workout). I don't think the Kool-Aid flavor packs are really necessary. This is basically what we've been talking about since the board opened and it's certainly an easy way to save money.

The 50 grams or so of dextrose added should have plenty of flavor by itself.

oh, I didnt realise you were gonna put dextrose in as well.. my bad.. but yeah thats the whole point of Cell Tech.. is the sugar which causes an insulin spike in the blood thus transporting the creatine in the muscle better.. thats why many guys just drink creatine with grape juice because it has the most sugar..
