Tomorrow I have a Wrestling Tournament and its ALL day. From 6am to about 8pm… Wrestling starts around 8am. I will be wrestling anywhere from 2-7 times (hoping for 7) throughout the day. At the begging the matches will be father apart and towards the end the matches will be closer and closer together. I have no clue how to eat so I can stay at 100% or close to it. Anyone that knows anything about nutrition for an event like this please speak up J

Wakeup at around 5am and have a decent sized breakfast. Plenty of protein carbs and fats. For carbs I'd stick to oatmeal. It digests slower then alot of other carbs and it will keep you full. For protein have some whole scrambled eggs, and a tablespoon or two of peanut butter for some fat. Throughout the day I'd just graze. Meaning eat very small frequent meals. I'm sure they'll provide you with lunch or some snacks. Bring some protein bars and maybe some shakes if you want. Keep very hydrated with water and gatorade to keep your electrolites up.

Congrats bro! I used to wrestle myself back in the day and in hindsight wish I'd had the forsight to check out the bodybuilding forums for nutrion advice (mostly just fasted to make weight).

Keep up the good work and congrats again.
