Funny I know, but true. Recently I've been farting constantly, and they are the nastiest smelling badass farts you can imagine. Nose stinging stuff.
My daily diet looks like this:
LARGE bowl of malted wheats with 400ml semi-skimmed milk + 2 scoops of ON
100% Whey.
Gainer - 60gms carbs 50ish protein (I'll sometimes add some whey) in water.
Lunch, usually a microwaveable affair like a lasagne, 40gms carbs 30gms protein 15gms fat. I'll eat some bread too at this point.
Dinner, random. Always healthy though. Chicken, potato, pasta, that kind of thing. (it's different every day so I doubt it's the problem). I'll have some green vegetables at this point too.
Mid evening I'll have some whey and some carbs, or an extra portion of dinner if available.
Pre-bedtime is the same as breakfast. Cereal and whey.
I also take a mix of creatines, taurine and arginine before working out, which I do 4-5 times a week.
So what do you think? I haven't actually farted much this evening at all, not for hours, but they smell so awful, lol. It's a bit worrying I guess, maybe there's something wrong with me?
