Usually you should take no more than 5 grams...I think that's what you meant. Take 3 grams before workout and 2 after workout...or have the dosage before then the other half after training. As far as creapure goes, take one or the other. Pure creatine is probably your best bet, but I have had decent results from creatine ethyl ester. Depends how your body cooperates with the supplements. |
