Also, you don't even belong in this thread if you are eating fruits post-workout. You are actually refilling your liver glycogen levels and doing nothing to force the nutrients into your muscle cells. Fruit is full of fructose. You want dex. |
IO came up with a little something for my preworkout and it works great it seems to begiving me more strentgh.
We all know that if you spike your glucose level that insulin is released. When insulin is released your cells can absorb more protein. Theirfore i eat 2 large banannas and 60 grams of protein b4 a workout. like i said i dont run out of energy and my strength seems to be up whenever i do this.
Little trick some probably already knew.
