I've been using CEE for a while now and like it more than regular creatine. I've been taking it before and after working out. My question is is it best to take the CEE before I have my post work out protein shake? or after I have my shake? Or....just mix the CEE in with the protein shake and have both at the same time. At the moment I have having the CEE first follwed by the protein about 20-30 mins later.

You can take the creatine, bcaa, glutamine with your post workout shake.Or take your supps. then wait 10 mins. and consume your protein/carbs shake, then your meal 1 hour later.

Thanks for the advice. I'd been taking my regular creatine with my protein, but wasnt sure of it was ok to do the same with my CEE.
