Supps that help with sleep

anyone know any good supps or anything that helps with sleep?? im having a real hard time tryin to nob off at night... cant stop thinkin about stuff and keeps me awake till morning.

i need to get back into a good sleepin routine but i give up tryin to do it.. so i need some help from some sleepin ad..

help?

not sure about what to take to get some sleep but found out a month go that ripped fuel can cause a guy to keep hes girlfriend up all night with uncontroled need for sex...by noon the next day i crashed..i wont take four of them any more..

Are you taking ZMA? That would be a good supp to start, if that doesnt help, you could try some light doses of melatonin if you really need it, but be careful with that as it can shut down your body's natural production. L-theanine would also be something to look into.

k thanks.... ive known about ZMA for along time just never bought it.... havnt seen it anywhere here in the uk so i guess ill have to order some from the states.

you can also make ur own thats what i did works great all it is, is zimc, b6, and magnisim... damn i forgot what kind of mag i can check when i get home later

ZMA won't help you get to sleep...but once you are asleep, it helps you remain alseep and have a better sleep.

you also get some pretty intense dreams, that you remember the next day.

Tech is right in everything he said, especially the dreams, lol, you will get a messed up one every night for sure. It is the vitamin B6 that causes it. I reccomend Biotest ZMA, its a good buy with only $9 a bottle. Or, you could make your own by buying the pills seperatly, dose with the following:

Zinc: 30mg
Magnesium:450mg
Vitamin B6: 10mg

yes, magnesium helps reduce muscular twitching, and plays a role in numerous neurotransmitter functions.

zma helps you sleep better when you do fall asleep, you can also try taking 500mg of valerian root
