Hey, what do you guys think about Nitro-Tech Nighttime formula? How does it compare to a plain casein shake before bed? Let me know what you guys think!

Also wanted to know if it would just be better to wake up 4 hours after I went to sleep and drank a protein shake?

I hate MuscleTech, worst company ever. I usually drink a lot of water throughout the day, so i often get up in the middle of the night to use the washroom, i have a shake premade by the sink there & just add water. If i dont wake up, no big deal.

i would much rather eat foods that are good sources of protein and healthy fats to slow down absorbtion and provide your body with protein all night long...such as cottage cheese (4.5 percent fat) and roasted hot natural almonds...i know it sounds like a weird combo but damn it tastes good. Plus everybody knows that real food is better for you than a shake...only time shakes are necessary is for an on-the-go situation or before and after a workout.

i tried a sample before and the taste is nothing special. as for the formula, its almost the same as nitro tech with some ingredients like minute amounts of fiber(1 gram) that will do nothing to fill you up. bottomline: muscletech sucks. stick to casien shakes or cottage cheese.
