I recently talked to a profession BB! His name is Ian and from Bradenton, FL. He stood on the olympia stage even to compete. Now I asked how he usually made all his best gains doing off-seaon. He said his bulking diets consisted of 4 sincerely meals.....

Meal one
a good whole breakfest of egg whites and oatmeal

Meal two
Whey protein siped through out the day in cluding his carbs mixed in (dextrose powder and Mal powder) *pre workout meal & post workout meal*

Meal three
A good wholesome dinner of chicken breast or steak or whatever and a startchy potatoe or carb.

Meal four
for a casin Shake before bed

Now does this seem logical??? just curious.... thats alot of whey shakes or is it just me!????

He weighed 280 and stood at 5'10.
