Yea I'm looking for some food with the most complex carbs per serving that is solid food. Right now I'm bulking and just using pasta and rice... was wondering if there is a better food out there. thanks

The lowest gi you can get is probably from green peas (plus a very decent amount of protein).

But if what you want is realy quantity: steel cut oats or whole wheat pasta.

Maybe not the most complex-carb dense food out there, but heavy nonetheless, a box of Kraft Diner: 156g carbs, 2g fat, 960 calories, 50 cents
