I'm gonna get ****loads of protein. Whey for sure, and I don't know where to find a casein protein powder but I'm going to. I'm going to get a multi, possibly GNC's Mega Men, it seems good, although I know it's over priced. I'm gonna get Kre-Alkalyn, and NO-Xplode and maybe Nitrix. I'll be getting fish and flax oil capsules, too, and green tea extract.

Anything I'm missing? Any brand name recommendations? All help appreciated!

dont get no-explode or nitrix. just stick to basic creatine and nitrix isnt exactly healthy for you. my list consists of GNC Mega Men multi-vitamain, GNC Creastack (bad choice on my part), and protein shakes. I woudl stick to basic creatines and glutamins if i were you, and buy dextrose to go along with your post workout creatine.

Good, and yes you could find cheaper online.

Instead stick with pure creatine monohydrate, much cheaper and effective.

All good stuff, although white tea has more nutrients than green tea.

NO-Xplode and maybe Nitrix

This can't be stressed enough, remember to always have a fridge full of oats, chicken breasts, tuna, vegetables etc...

Nitrix isnt exactly healthy for you. i remember the jist of it but Flex knows this better. and no-explode is just a waste of money man, so is nitrix. nitrix will give you a pump but thats it. if you take creatine monohydrate, dextrose and glutamine i will go as far as saying i garuntee (spell check) that it will work better than nitrix and no-explode.

lol you dont even need supplements really, or really all that many.

for fats eat cashews peanutes almonds and fish(omega3)
protein chick tuna and steak ( eat more chicken and fish )
just buy actual green tea
multi is good
