Hey guys, good forum you got here.

I have a serious problem with motivation. No matter how hard I try, lately, I haven't been able to control my eating. I work at Subway, so I have easy access to alot of bad food, lots of cheese/mayo etc., white bread, free unlimited fountain drinks. It's not cool sometimes. I used to have willpower, but I don't know where it went.

What can I do to change this ****? It's really starting to bum me out.

I would suggest spending time reading on nutritional or training to help your motivation. Also, you could try watching some of the training videos here at the site, which seems to help many people.

I know all about the nutrition stuff, I used to eat so clean, but lately I've just lost so much will power.

Make a commitment to bring foods everywhere you go. Subway has a microwave which could help you out. Problem is, there is not much we can do here to get you motivated besides giving advice, you will be the one that needs to take action. My advice is to give 110% at the gym, which should help motivate you in your diet.
