i have maccas every friday night but always try to make it as "healthy" as possible...chinese is good too
what about for after pre contest? ie read about how guys have had some chocolate before pumping up for later show, french fries and hamburgers,
ice cream even and of course pizza...whats the go with this? has it something to do with the fats holding them over till after competition, because of a really slow digestion or something or whats up with that can someone fill me in please?
