Wadd a yea think of my diet for a 140 lb 5,2 female FBB! body fat around 8-11%.

Mon-friday


Cardio - 4:30-5:00AM

meal 1 - 5AM

2 whole eggs and 5 egg whites
sweet potatoe

Meal 2 - 9AM

2 scoops of ON natural chocolate whey w/ water

Meal 3 - 12PM

tuna steak or chicken breast
broccolli

Meal 4 - 3PM

chicken breast
Sweet potatoe

Train - 4pm

Meal 5 - 5PM

6 egg whites
1 scoop of carbo gain by NOW w/ 8 oz 100 % apple juice

Meal 6 - 7 PM

Tuna steak or Chicken breast or spinage omlete(7 eggs)
Reg potatoe (low GL for night time)

Meal 7 - 10 PM

2 scoop casin shake by ON w/ water or 7 egg whites
baby food natural jar of butter nut squash! with fiber supplement!

Sat and Sun

I subtract the post workout meal

and make it a 6 PM meal and and eat my 10 PM at 9PM and if I stay up till 12; eat protein at 12 or 1 AM before bed!



wadda you say guys!!! Help a bulking girl out! my next show is april!


my supplemnets are......

L-glutamine - 2,000mg 3x a day
L -Argatine - 7, 000mg a day ( 3,000 plus creatine B4 workout)
Niacin - 1,000mg 3x a day
Animal amino 1900 - 3x a day
creatine caps - 5Mg a day
Vit C- 2,000mg a day
danalion root - 500mg a day
drink water and green tea (SOBE lean) - 1.5 gallons
aloe vera juice - 1 cap a day for digestion!

Sat and Sun

i think when it comes to your diet, you just have to experiment. everyones metabolism is different, and everyone trains differently. for some people, high protein, low carb is good. some people high carb low protein is good. so, i say just experiment and see what works best.
idk if this is the answer your looking for, but its just my opinion. i just have one question tho, since you are trying to bulk...why do you do cardio 1st thing in the morning w/o eating?

i wish i could help you out more. but i don't know if there is a difference with women and men diets.... for me and the pro advice i got. 1 gram of protein for every pound of body weight and 2.5 carbs(big bulking) for every pound of body weight. im guessing for women you can cut them by a bit... maybe .8 of protein and 2.0 for carbs. but i don't know for women. sorry
