hey guys just wanted to tell you about a great bodybuilding meal i am eating a lot of these days. simple mixed salad lettuce, tomatoes 1-2 tins of tuna and cous cous. put on a bit of dressing and you have a tasty protein rich meal, which wont leave you feeling bloated. :)

sounds good...but im gona have to pass on the cous cous...cant stand that shit....

but tomatoes and tuna sounds real good

Cous cous is a species of pasta originating in North Africa. Rather than being in the form of noodles or extruded shapes, cous cous is granular. The raw pieces are roughly the size of coarse sugar grains.

-I know I cant be the only one who had no idea what it was :o

if you dont like cous cous brown rice would probably work just as well

Never heard of the cous cous, the name doesn't sound too appetizing. :p

I eat the salad and tuna a lot but usually don't mix them, I'll have to try that.

same here, dont know what cous cous is, but i hate tuna so anythin thatll make it taste better is good..

That sound like a quality bodybuilding meal! I like cous cous as well. Some people should try it, it's great to have some diversity in your diets.
