If you want size and shape you have to get a programme that's suited to you and will hit all the main muscles. I'd start perhaps with this split:

Day 1 - Chest/Tris
Day 2 - rest
Day 3 - Back/Bis
Day 4 - Rest
Day 5 - Legs/Shoulders
Day 6 - Rest

Repeat cycle. Concentrate on the big multijoint exercises. And aim for 6 - 10 reps on your main weight with strict form for the exercises. You'll probably have to see what works as far as sets, exercises and whether you need more or less rest days. There's plenty of routines on this forum so it's worth taking the time to read a few and see what works for you. Good luck!

Forgot this was the nutrition section and that you probably weren't after a routine so I'll just shut-up now!

I'm surprised noone has mentioned creatine. Look into creatine ethyl ester (CEE) which works alot better with no bloating like regular creatine mono.

i say for now get a solid routine and nutrition plan going. take multivitamins and protein shakes to start. then after a year or two, i would say to start the creatines and the glutamines.
