Sorry, but MuscleTech is simply garbage. There are 32 servings in every 7lbs of cell-tech, and 10 grams of creatine monohydrate per serving. This means, there are 320 grams (10x32) of creatine monohydrate in every 3.18 kg (7lbs) of cell-tech. The rest of the ingredients is very cheap and affordable with the exception of chromium. Everything else, dextrose, vitamin C, magnesium, and sodium are available for a couple bucks at your local nutrition center. You can easily find 1,000 grams of pure creatine monohydrate for a little bit over $20 bucks online. As always, I would suggest replacing the cell-tech with a plain old whey protein shake mixed with dextrose and also maltodextrin(if desired). Then, simply spoon down 10 grams of pure creatine monohydrate in the middle of your post workout shake. Ofcourse it is your decision whether or not to do this and save yourself thousands of dollars, I can not be the person responsible to spoon feed you.
