so what do y'all think of my nutrition plan, im gunna try to list as much info as possible according to some questions ive seen on other threads...
i'm 19 years old, i've sort of played around with weights in high school, never got too serious, im a veerrryy bad hardgainer, like the worst, ive been training hardcore for the first few months this year, then stopped for a while and now again for the past 2 months, i went from approximately 165 pounds to 195 pounds, pretty low bodyfat (i have a very visible 6 pack) i am 6 feet 1 inch tall... i've never really tried to go for maxs on my bench/squat, etc.. but some numbers ive touched are at least 225 on bench, 300 on squat, 275 pound barbell shrugs, etc.. hopefully this means something.. for now, i work out 6 days a week, a different body part each day, usually 4-6 different exercises for each... hardcore, all the way.. literally..
anyway this is my nutrion plan
i really dont follow exact times, but its almost always 2 to 2 1/2 hours between each meal, so just imagine that much time in between each
1. 10 egg whites, full size wheat bagel with cream cheese
2. homemade weight gainer shake (1 cup of old fashioned oats, 2 spoonfuls of natural peanut butter, 2 scoops of protein powder, 3
ice cubes, about 1 cup of milk and 1 cup of water)
3. tuna fish sandwich with wheat bread (sandwich includes entire can of tuna/ about 34 grams of protein i think)
4. large chicken breast with beans or potato
5. repeat homemade weight gainer
6. 10 more egg whites
7. 2 hamburger patties with cheese on wheat buns (20 grams protein per patty)
8. 1 pound tub of cottage cheese with can of peaches before bed time
also the supplements i take are:
creatine
l-glutamine
multivitamin
fish body oil softgels
flax seed oil softgels
amino acids softgels
so... what do y'all think? anything missing? anything i should change? let me know, thanks
