coudln't see a thread on this so here goes.

chilli chicken stir fry

Big arse breast of chicken 200-300 grams
chilli as much as u can stomach (I chopped and added 5 standard chillis)
selection of vegies(for example i just chose bokchoy, eschallotes, brocolli)
Anything else you want to add (walnuts, cashews, almonds)
Soy sauce,fish sauce, oyster sauce.
Garlic paste

1.Heat pan, dice ingredients
2.Add some sort of oil to the pan after its heated (sesame oil)
3. Add 2 tablespoons of garlic paste to the pan. then chicken and chilli. (any other vegie if u want that flavour to be dominant i threw the brocolli in)
4 Brown chicken, and add one table spoon of fish sauce one table spoon of oyster sauce. Add other vegetables.
5. continue to stir ingredients in thoroughly and add soy sauce with basil or another herb for extra flavour.
6. serve with some basmati rice = magic
7. Dont have it too often or find alternatives to fish, oyster, soy sauce cause they have high sodium values

other then the sodium this meal is healthy as. (sorry about the lame instructions i suck at cooking so I tried and make it methodical so anyone else like me could have a dig)

Natural protien shakes

I know this isnt a traditional food recipie but you might find it useful and surprisingly tastey.

Put 6 raw eggs into a blender with a tablespoon of spenda and a banana for comsistency and blitz in the blender.

I sounds discusting but is actually quite nice.

no worries fahad

Warchild that does sound suprisingly tastey because I think it would taste yuck! :180520051

Arny had a shake that was something like
300 ml skim milk
1 scoop of milk powder
1 cup of ice cream
1 raw egg
all blended together.

those measurements cant be right but it was something like that.

i tried one of those shakes instead of cooking my breakfast today and it was not bad at all!

6 egg whites
1 full egg
1 cup no fat milk
1 packet oatmeal
1 banana

and mixed it all up.

My only question is can I do this for breakfast every morning because its so much faster then cooking the eggs, but will it give me poisoning?

Yea, you run the risk of getting poisoned. If its possible, i always cook my eggs at night, put em in the fridge and then eat them in the morning.

Ya I figured, but this is the 1st time I've done it and it was just to see how it'd taste.

Tasted pretty damn good and it was so fast to do. Usually it takes time to get all the egg whites out then cook them and then cook the oatmeal etc etc.
