hey everyone.

just wanted to give and update and get a few advice.
i got up to about 172-170 from 150 in about 2 months. i do want to gain more and keep bulking however my cretine is done. i wanted to know if i should keep on taking more. i have been taking it since begining of July. also wanted to know what things to make sure one would do when getting of creatine. for example do u drink plenty of liquids or what else can u do to keep the weight up(of course eat!) but u know what i mean.
thanks for your input

Creatine works in a way in that it does not need to be cycled (IE, it doesnt shut down any of your bodies processes). However, you should up your intake every 6 weeks or so for a week to a loading phase as evidence shows your muscles become unsaturated. Also, after 1-2 months on creatine, your water balance is back to what it was before creatine. What this means is that you may lose a pound or two of water, but for the most part, any muscle gains will stay. The problem Ive found for most people when they go "off" of something, especially creatine, they dont continue to eat or lift as well as they were. If you just keep eating and lifting like you are, you should maintain your muscle.

thanks for the input. i do agree with you in that it dosent have to be cycled. however, the papers that i have read have mostly said that you dont require a loading phase. its only about 10g that is sufficient to see enough of results. taking more is said to do some sort of damage. then again not much is proven long term.

i will be putting up some pics soon and i think i can get better feed back one if i should continue bulking or not and if i should go on creatine. as of now i can see that im holding alot of water anyway and my weight is probably going to go down considerably, which i dont want to do. but also since i have been on the creatine for 3 months i dont want to cause any damage and feel i should take off for a bit and maybe take it again in Jan or so. i of course will be eating the same, maybe more and of course lifting as hard.

Here's the dealio, Kre-alkalyn is the best out there when it comes to creatine products. No loading, no cycleing, no water bloating, this stuff is amazing. I've been on it for about 2 months now and am VERY impressed with the results I have gotten. Harder, larger, and fuller muscles are the only side effect I have seen, LOL. Oh yah my strenght has increased so much all my workout buddy's and clients think I'm on the juice "which i am not being natural and all. Try it, you'll probably like it too!!
