i just bought some creatine ethyle ester, the label said that you dont have to load with cee. is this true, ive heard mixed opinions with the monohydrate, but wat about cee. also should i cycle cee. I was wondering what would be best to mix it with before and after my workouts. protein? a juice?

You don't have to frontload.

I feel you should take time off of anything.

God that stuff is awful ! Juice won't help IMHO. Just down it and then drink the juice!

Yeah I agree CEE tastes HORRIBLE (atleast the one I use anyway). I take about 2.5gms 30-60 mins before working out...then about 2.5gms immediately after working out. I just mix my plain with water, shut my eyes and gulp it down and hope for the best.
As far as loading goes you dont need to load with CEE.

Whenever I have something nasty (or not, as it also makes sure you get the full serving) just put the scoop directly in your mouth and wash it down. Good luck with that!!!! glutamine though leaves a nice taste in your mouth!

NEVER EVER mix CEE with a protein shake. You´ll make the whole shake taste like a cow's ass.
What I figured works ok is just mix it with VERY SMALL amounts of liquids.....like green tea.....and then dawn it and have something to cover the taste immediately after it.
I take 6 grams a day, 2 divided servings.......when I worked, 3 grams before, 3 after workout.
No need to cycle or frontload it. good luck

I handled CEE with a protein shake with dextrose(I don't know how I did it) lol. I didn't notice anything special from CEE. I just think it's a marketing scheme to gain more money for the supplement companies, I still trust good old creatine monohydrate to get the job done. :)

After your workout do you guys take your CEE before or after your protein shake? I've been taking mine straight after my workout and then having my protein shake about 20 minutes later.
