hey hdogg i have never used no2 and i no that u think that its (awful, horrible, terrible, useless, dangerous, i cant find enough words to say how bad these "supplements" are)....but do u think that it could b good 2 use it for 1 day...lets say the day for the coptition when u pump up b4 u go onstage..do u think that it would hurt that much...and r naturl bodybuilders who r doing natural competions r allowed 2 use it...thx alot bud...

I've taken V12 Turbo which is a NO2 and creatine product. I put on about 5lbs while i was taking but then it went away once it ran out. I think it just made me hold water. It did not necessarily increase strength or muscle size permanently. It just made me look better and have good workouts. I think it was a waste of money and just a temprorary thing.

i was thinking it would b good 2 use it on the day of the comptition just 2 keep the pump on stage a lil longer wut do u think...

ill admit i got a pump from nitric oxide, but that was it. no gains or anything, its a waste of money and now that i understand how it really works im glad i stopped taking it.

ive used pump tech, no2, and nitrix. with pump tech and nitrix i got the pump the first times i used them. take into fact that pump tech was the first one i used. but nitrix i personaly think is the best of the big name no boosters. my vascularity got bigger the first day also.by the way i take these 1-2 months apart. but thats just my 2 cents. and everybody is different.

I know this thread is old and I've read the opinions of people on it, but I got some before I'd read about it as it was really cheap on offer. Just want to know if I should bother taking it on non-training days as obviously there will be no pumping effect, but didn't know if it was a similar method as Creatine, and therefore need to take it every day for as long as I am using it! Any feedback would be helpful to know if I'm wasting it more than it seems I am already by taking it in the first place - but I've got it now so I'm gonna use it till I run out! :)

from what i read on this forum only use it on training days, the co. just says to use it everyday cuz it wants u to use it up faster. but i would try to use it on nontraining days a couple times first and c if it helps any.
