As for these supplements, here goes. Basically, these supplements are designed to "give you a pump." The reason for this is the arginine is supposed to cause nitrous oxide release, which will induce blood flow via vasodilation (a widening of the veins) which ****s around with your blood pressure. Vasodilation will cause a significant drop in both systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Because of this, your brain is forced to constrict blood vessels to the brain to prevent too much blood and raise blood pressure, if it doesnt do this, you will go into shock, however, it is possible it could overconstrict, thus depriving your brain of necessary blood flow. It is a dangerous sequence. This is why dizziness is a common side effect of Nitrous Oxide supplementation.
Combined with the price tag, do not take any of these type products. I can also provide some more research of adverse effects if requested.

hey hdogg i have never used no2 and i no that u think that its (awful, horrible, terrible, useless, dangerous, i cant find enough words to say how bad these "supplements" are)....but do u think that it could b good 2 use it for 1 day...lets say the day for the coptition when u pump up b4 u go onstage..do u think that it would hurt that much...and r naturl bodybuilders who r doing natural competions r allowed 2 use it...thx alot bud...
