Do either of these two supplements work for YOU, and if so what were your findings?

I've read a few articles claiming they actually harm your cardiovasular system over time?

I personally found I was more vascular BEFORE taking these supplements. Sure the Xpand provides energy, but is it just a hyped "UPPER" ?

I think for the most part, all of these supplements are simply salt and sugar pills masked in a bunch of gibberish B.S labelling.

I'll finish what I have and then stay away.....

while I'm at it... who's NOT cycling creatine? meaning... who's been on it for say a 12mth period with no problems?

I use to take BSN products but i stopped b/c they suck. I stick to basic creatine and glutamine.

most likely what I'll go back to.. I don't need that wack of 'whatever' in Xpand. If you can't get up for working out you should stay on the couch!

what creatine would you recommend Bro and how much... when?

thanks

im still experimenting w/ creatine. i took BNS cellmass for about 2 months, then i stopped taking any creatine for about 3-4 months. right now im taking gnc's creastack. cant really say ne thing yet about that, ive only been takin it for 5 days now. Ive heard a lot about EAS Phosphogan, but i cant speak for myself on that one.

EDIT: as far as the amounts, it gets kind of foggy on this subject. when i started taking creatine i load it (loading phase is 5 days). right now im still loading and i take 20g per day. then, once im in the maintance part, ill take 10g per day. now, a lot of people feel you dont need to load and only take 5g per day. also, many people feel you dont need to cycle creatine (I do, no reason to be honest). Just experiment w/ it, thats really all i can say.

I am currently on the Dymatize XPAND(caplets). I can feel that it works, but the plain CEE which I used before was pretty good in comparison. I will finish this time and stick back to the plain CEE later forever!
