never heard of mega mass. but as far as creatine a lot of people feel you dont need to cycle it or load it. Personally I load and I cycle. I take 20g of creatine a day for 5 days once i start a cycle. Then I take 10g of creatine after the 5 day period. I cycle 8 weeks on and 4 weeks off. But if I run out before then I will stop.

hmmm. well idk, i think taking creatine while on test would be a waste b/c test is gona do so much anyways. if anything i woudl say to take creatine while off cycle, to help keep your gains. but even then, it may not help a whole bunch.

Hi big_ox, are you talking about weider mega-mass? If yes, then with mine and many others experience, all I can say is you can improve your weight very well, but sh*t is loaded with sugar. You are 100% bound to see a new belly rising around your waist with the slighest mistake in timing.

I wouldnt you are already going to have a lot of water retention from the test and creatine will have a much greater benefit to boost strength back after the cycle.
