i got this free with flex mag last month... its like candy... its just creatine but u eat it ... i didnt eat though.. was scared.. dont trust those Russians.

I too had a free on with Flex a while back.
I tried it one day and thought it was very gritty tasting, not something I would see myself buying.

I got some free samples from a local supplement store when they first came out and to me they suck. My bro bought some of em and he eats em like candy and they seem to help a little on his strength, but it wouldnt be a product i'd be willing to spend my hard earned money on thats for sure.

ive heard a lot of people say its inaccurate, but i can get fair groupings at 100 yards with plain iron sights. that and the fact that since i bought mine, ive put about 500 rounds through it, with one misfeed and one dud. whereas my friends AR-15 jams once or twice per clip. which would suck when you are under fire, i would imagine...but i digress.
