I just bought some Creastack by GNC. It says for 5 days to take 4 servings (20g of creatine). Then after 5 days it says to maintain at 2 servings per day. Some people tell me you dont have to load and some say it works tons better when you do load. And, what about cycling? and if you do cycle then once you get back on do you load again? Also, would it be a good idear to take a serving before i work out and after...or, should I just take both servings after i work out? Only reason im asking this is b/c everyone tells me somethin different when I ask a question. So, I figured why not post it on here....

get CE2 if you want good creatine that actually enters the muscle and not surrounds it with water and makes you look all soft.

you dont have to do a loading phase, but it is recommended for better results, my cousin told me that u can take for like a month then take a month off but you have to load back up so that kinda sux, you should take one b4 workout, and one after

thanks bud...i think im just gona try taking both after for a few weeks, then take one before and after and see what works better.

I don't think loading is necessary unless it's your first time. If so try 15-20g a day for 5 days and after that stick with the 5g maintenence dosage. Once on the maintenence stage, take 5g in your post workout shake. If it's an off day, take 5g first thing in the morning. For the 20g loading stage, you can try 5g upon waking up, 5g around noon time, 5g pre workout and 5g postworkout.

As for purchasing products at GNC, I advise you to shop somewhere cheaper. GNC is a ripoff. I can 1000g of Prolab 100% SKW Creapure Creatine Monohydrate for $19 at *** Nutrition.

the brand i got said for maintance to take 10g per day.

You don't need that much bro, take in too much creatine at once and more then half of it will be in the toilet bowl. lol
