I don't think loading is necessary unless it's your first time. If so try 15-20g a day for 5 days and after that stick with the 5g maintenence dosage. Once on the maintenence stage, take 5g in your post workout shake. If it's an off day, take 5g first thing in the morning. For the 20g loading stage, you can try 5g upon waking up, 5g around noon time, 5g pre workout and 5g postworkout.
